Just before the start of the COP21 negotiations in Paris, EPTA issued a comparative report on innovation and climate change.

Coordinated by OPECST, the EPTA members compiled a new report with the title: "Innovation and Climate Change: The Role of Scientific and Technological Assessment". All EPTA members have contributed a short summary on the national situation, in particular regarding four main topics:

• energy efficient buildings
• transportation and mobility
• feeding the world with minimal greenhouse gas emissions
• citizens' involvement in the use of smart technologies.

The current EPTA president, Mr. Jean-Yves Le Déaut, Member of the French Parliament, has send this report to the negotiators of the Paris climate conference COP21. The report has 104 pages and is available both in English and French.
