UPDATE 10/11/2021: Worldwide, countries have dealt with the COVID-19 pandemic differently. On 9 November, the Rathenau Instituut and its international colleagues, all part of the European Parliamentary Technology Assessment (EPTA) network, have presented a report that addresses these questions.
