Nuclear power industry - perspectives for Poland
Interest in nuclear power generation continues to grow in Poland. Council of Ministers expect in the document 'Polish energy policy until 2025' the first nuclear power plant to be built around 2020. Government also wants Poland to join as an investor and co-owner of a new nuclear power station in Lithuania. But should Poland back nuclear energy? Before we make a final decision we have to weight the arguments for and against the development of nuclear power industry.
