The quality of water and water collection and treatment systems in France
Are French concerns over declining water quality justified? What can the authorities do to solve this problem? All evidence disproves the alleged priority given to the protection of our water, a national inheritance. This situation needs to be remedied. The Parliamentary Office's report, based upon a critical overview of the current situation, sets three objectives: - draw up an educational document for elected representatives and their teams, - assess the public policies for water-quality protection, - consider various strategies for recovering our country's lost water quality.
