In this State of Science report, the Rathenau Instituut assesses how Dutch science is progressing in relation to the goals set by the government. These goals include: a healthy and robust foundation, greater societal impact of higher education and research, and room for diverse talent. Using available data, the report shows how the Netherlands has developed since the previous edition in 2020, and how it compares to other countries.
