The publication is a collaboration between Committee for the Future and Advisory Board of Technology policy. The report begins with a foreword and conclusions by Committee for the Future, continues with a summary of the results and conclusions of the project by Taneli Heikka. The main body of the report is formed by the intermediate results of the project: 17 expert statements by over 30 authors on the possibilities to develop cross-sectoral leadership of technology policies in Finland for the electoral period 2023-2026.
