At each turn of the year, we prepare a trend report for the Storting which highlights some technology trends that we believe will be particularly important for the MPs during the year. The trends for 2024 consider how artificial intelligence (AI) will challenge democracy, that solar dimming may go from taboo to important topic, that robot taxis will reach the roads of Oslo, how diet pills can change public health policy, and that AI assistants that make decisions are on the way.
