The idea of corporate social responsibility was revived during the pandemic, and thanks to greater social awareness, this category has also gained importance as one of the decision-making criteria for both consumers and investors. It is also increasingly regulated by various organisations or institutions. It is therefore worth examining to what extent this concept – and in particular the behaviours associated with it – are present in Poland, and to what extent the pandemic has changed attitudes in this area.
